Redeeming Client Reward Points
After a client has been assigned a Reward Package (see Setting up Client Rewards & Points Systems) a client will automatically accumulate points as they spend money with you.
Check how many points are available to use
To see how many points a client has (or $) simply:
- Select the client.
- Go to the POS screen.
- Look under the Points button in the payment options buttons at the bottom of the screen.
Here you will see the amount in dollars (or pounds, euro etc) and how many points that equates to. For example, you may see something like $150 (1500).
To let the client redeem the points
- At the POS screen simply press the Points button (as long as there are points available to use).
- The calculator will appear. Simply choose how many points you want the client to use and press OK. (It will default to all of them).
Once the End Sale button is pressed and the transaction finalised the points will have been use.
To edit mistakenly given points
If you find for example a client has too many points or you realise you have given a client points for a service that shouldn't give points you can edit the number of points a client has. To do this please Edit the Client and adjust their points.
