To setup your Auto confirmations of appointments go to the Calendar and choose Calender - Confirmation Manager
On the top of the page choose Auto Confirmation Settings next to Appointment Confirmation Manager.
Here you can choose what text replies will automatically change the state of an appointment on the calendar.
Note that it is case sensitive and you will need to enter a range of replies,see example below.
Notice it is broken into three parts
Auto Cancel Appointments.
In this section enter the text replies you wish to have cancel the appointment.
NOTE: We recommend not using the auto cancel feature as it will cancel the appointment and not give any notification.
Auto Confirm Appointments.
In this section enter the text you wish to have text replies auto confirm.
In this column enter the text replies you wish to have the clients marketing to be switched off so they receive no sms reminders.
